Abstract

|
Ovarian pregnancy is very rare. The diagnosis is difficult prior to surgery. The treatment accepted as standard is surgery, often carried out via laparotomy. However if patients are young, and desire of future childbearing, conservative
managements
such
as wedge resection is performed. Furthermore because of development and merit of laparoscopy, laparoscopic conservative surgery is more preferred now. We report a case of ovarian pregnancy treated using laparosocpy with a brief review of
literatures.
